Gianluca Paniz has been one of the speakers of the 27th International Congress of Implant Therapy of Biomax-Biomet/3i. As in the last few years, the congress took place iside the congress hall of Gran Guardia in front of the famous Arena in piazza Bra’. National and international speakers presented their best material in front of a huge audience of about 1500 dentists from all over Italy. During the meeting, Doctor Gianluca Paniz described the management of malpositioned implants and of inadeguate prosthesis. Esthetic problems but also functional, biological and biomechanical issues are related to the integration of dental implants in the wrong position. Hence more or less complex prosthetic procedure have been described in order to better manage implant positioned in a non correct 3-dimensional position.
